Work Groups

RDPO Work Groups, Sub-Committees, and Task Forces are multi-disciplinary groups working on regional disaster preparedness. Each group determines its own members and implements a self-produced annual work plan that supports the goals of the RDPO Strategic Plan.

Sub-Committees are formed when Work Groups need to focus on a specialized topic. Task Forces are created when there are time-limited projects that require collaboration among several of the Work Groups (e.g. disaster sanitation planning).
